Because of our boutique style production method, all sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason,, please reach out to our customer service team at info@mrayparfums.com for assistance. Our goal is to meet customer expecnations each and every time. 

We recommend our Glass Aged Parfums Discovery Set as the best way to explore our collection and find your favorite fragrance.


Processing Times

All orders are blended and bottled within 5-7 business days after receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons, special releases, or promotional periods, processing times may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days


Shipping Restrictions

Due to the alcohol content in our perfumes, international shipping and air shipment options may be limited. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Perfumes are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and must be shipped via ground transportation. For this reason, expedited shipping may not be available for all destinations.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Molly Ray Parfums is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mrayparfums.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll assist in filing a claim or replacing the item where possible.


Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
